Beholder's Chief Operating Officer
Emilia Andrews is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Beholder Productions. As COO, she oversees all aspects of production, ensuring quality programming, effective network of professionals, and furthering the advancement of Beholder in the Philadelphia marketplace and beyond.
With an extensive background in healthcare, marketing, and training, she brings a unique perspective to video production, creative technology and distribution challenges. Emilia spent 12 years in healthcare, working in the nursing department of a pediatric sub-acute / trach-ventilator unit for 7 years. The changing landscape in healthcare and her passion for writing and the video production industry enabled her to join forces with her husband, Craig, and form Beholder Productions, Inc.
- Emilia Andrews, a Latina media strategist, is one of the media industry’s innovative talents, with her expertise as a video producer and entrepreneur. Since 1999, her vast experience includes producing quality programming and most recently, creating the multi-platform television network, Wilde Media Network. Wilde Media combines television, internet, the social media community and events that fully engages the audience while also integrating sponsors and advertisers.
Through Beholder Productions, she has garnered dozens of awards, while producing entertaining programs that cross all genres - from cooking, lifestyle and travel to game show, health/ wellness, and exercise. Her proven strategies have positively affected the bottom-line of her corporate clients.
Emilia recently enjoyed the honor that her company, Beholder Productions, received the Award for Best of 2009 Motion Picture & Video Production by the US Commerce Association. Additionally, Beholder has been named one of the Top Video Production Companies in the Greater Philadelphia area by the Philadelphia Business Journal for 5 years.
Andrews’ represents American Women in Radio & Television as the Board President of the Philadelphia / Tri-State Chapter. AWRT is a non-profit organization that encourages the advancement of women in the electronic media (radio & television) and allied fields by educating, advocating and acting as a resource to its members and the industry.
She attended both Ursinus College and Temple University with a concentration in Organizational and Developmental Psychology. She currently resides with her husband and daughters in Hatboro, PA.
